Anyone know these words.  From a 1907-1908 article that details the new modern kitchen and its tools.

For use in soup making: утбаха
For use with meat,. soup, and vegetables: Эшебаха

It sounds like German surnames in genitive. Certainly not like any kitchen tools in Russian. Could these be manufacturers' names?

The closest I could think of is German "aufbacken"- referring to cooking smth in the oven. :)
