Don't know that one, but found thus far somewhat related:

The direct meaning of the phrase "Поп свое, черт свое" is a dispute where both participants repeat themselves over and over without listening to opponent's arguments at all.
Sometimes this phrase is pronounces like: "Поп твердит свое, а черт свое"
For a pity, I can not remember right now any English idioms with the same meaning.

The proverb "поп свое, а черт свое" means a dispute when opponents tell their own opinions without listening to other's - as in a dispute between a priest and a devil.
