Come on. If you are not an amateur tailor and therefore do not know terms and specific words of tailorcraft, it still does not make these words nonexistent. Солнце-клёш is a full skirt ("юбка солнцем" is the other term for it.) Why "Маша и Медведи" decided to put this word on the sleeve of their CD without the hyphen in the middle is another question.

BTW, solar flare is солнечная вспышка. I have no clue, why flared pants we call клёш, and for all other types of flares :) we say вспышка.
