Hi everyone
A friend of mine asked me to proofread an English translation of a contract originally written in Russian. Unfortunately, there were a few parts that made no sense in English, and I am unable to understand the original Russian. I would really appreciate it if someone would be willing to help me with the following:

1 Товар по настоящему контракту должен быть поставлен на условиях ______ путем предоставления ее Отправителем в распоряжение Перевозчика, действующего на основании доверенности, по указанному Покупателем адресу в сроки, отраженные в настоящем Контракте.  

2. В случае нарушения срока отправки Покупателю отгрузочных документов

3.    Приемка Товара по количеству и качеству будет производиться посредством транспортного перевозчика, которого определил Покупатель, в присутствии представителя Продавца в месте поставки согласно п.4.1. - in this context, does согласно mean that it was agreed upon in section 4.1?

1. According to the Contract, the commodity should be delivered under coditions of______by providing it (meaning of "it" is maybe in skipped part to the Carrier, acting according to the warrant (that is, the warrant gave the Carrier all credentials to act) at the address, stated by the Buyer in terms (time), described in this Contract. 2. "In case of sending term violation..." - that is, if the documents will be sent to late. 3. "According to Section 4.1", this can mean either that this norm is based on the norm described in 4.1, or that 4.1 has more detailed description.

thank you!! I kind of had a feeling that's what #1 and #2 meant, but I wasn't totally sure.

1. What exacly you don't understand in that clause?

2. brench is not a word, and the sentence is not about delivery
the actual translation is "if the shipping documents are not sent to the Buyer within the specified period of time..."

thanks for your reply. I think there was one word in #1 that confused me, and I was unable to make any sense out of it.
