Looks like Wiki - does anybody can add a word? Looks like it, because one of the "featured words" in Chinese (!) section is жопа. My fellow Russians carry high the banner of the High Culture, as usual.

Yes, any registered user can add any word. Even Ж-word in Chinese section.
