Best tools to improve pronounciation?

Hello everyone -
I've just started learning Russian and I've decided to focus on improving my pronunciation before I get used to any bad habits. I'm mostly concerned about improving palatisation, but I'm stuck as to where I can find learning materials that extensively focus on pronunciation - yes, every language guide will have a short blurb in the beginning, but I'm looking for some more intense pronunciation exercises. Does anyone happen to know of a website or book that focuses on pronunciation or has any extensive exercises?

Maybe it'll help to know that it's "palatalization" or "palatalisation" rather than "palatisation" ;-)

but my advice is, listen to spoken Russian a lot. You won't get the sounds (some of them are VERY different from English sounds) unless you hear them actually pronounced. Try listening to Russian radio stations online, and to Russian songs. Even if you're not on a comprehension stage yet, you'll get accustomed to the phonetics.
