very simple question

Is "я с моим братом" an OK translation for "my brother and I"? In the context of, for example, "my brother and I went to a concert." It doesn't feel quite right but I can't recall another way to say it.

Yes: Я с (моим/со своим - optional and unnecessary unless there can be any confusion as to whose the brother was) братом пошёл на концерт.
