Place names

Does anyone know where i can find a list of translations of place names, I have my dictionary, i have several online resources for other words, i can write the word phonetically using the russian alphabet.. but i am after exact translations...

the places in particular..

Australia
Perth
Adelaide
England
Italy

any help would be greatly appreciated =)

in case if multitran doesn't help (though it usually does), I use wikipedia parallel articles to look smth up.
it works extremely well with Japanese.)
