I'm trying to say 'He spoke badly about their firm', however I can't for the life of me think how to use 'their' in the prepositional case? Can anyone tell me?

That would be 'их' (genitive) anyway.

Он плохо отзывался об их фирме.

their in prepositional case is "их"
