I need help translating Ukrainian

Hi,

I know this isn't exactly the right place top be asking this question, but I was curious if anyone knew of someone or some group who could help me translate a couple historical documents in Ukrainian. If you happen to have a Ukrainian friend who is willing to help me or if you can lead me into the right direction that'd be much appreciated. I'll take any help I can get.

1654- січня 17 (27). Переяслав—Універсал про заборону виробляти і пробавати горілку в Киеві оскільки це шкобить міщанам та військовій скарбниці

Богдан Хмельницкий, гетман з Войском Запорозким. Дошла нас скарга од мещан києвских, же там нікоториє своєволники горілки робят і ними шинкуют, через що ущербок скарбови нашому войскому дієтсе, зачим сурово росказуєм кождому, аби се жаден од того часу горилкою шинковати не важил, а мещаном києвским перешкодою не бил. А єсли би од того часу которий-колвек своєволник, слухаючи сего писаня нашего, міл горилкою шинкувать, такового кождого полковникові тамошнему києвскому приказуєм, жеби скогро карал і з оних справедлост чинил, того угледаючи, жеби в утрату нам належачого ущербок не бил, счо і повторе росказуєм, аби іначей не било под ласкою нашою.

I don't think I received any prior e-mail. A translation from Ukrainian into English or Ukrainian into Russian. Either would work. Is it possible for you to do this?

Never mind. I found your e-mail. Thank you for showing me this link. Just out of curiosity, how much different is 17th Century Ukrainian from Modern Ukrainian? Is it it closer to Russian?
