I'm practising using the dative :)

Я завидую моему друг, потому что он ничего не делает на работе.
Я никому не сочувствую.
Моя мать мне сочувствует, когда она видит мою комнату.
Я встаю очень рано по понедельникам, по средам и по пятницам.
Я всегда получила хорошие отметки по курсу французского языка.
Моя подруга часто очень усталая по субботам.

their is one mistake, but not in the dative
я всегда получАла хорошие отметки, because it's not a single action.
and the last phrase doesn't sound natural, i'd say моя подруга часто очень устает по субботам.

This "to be tired" expression, is it more often used with the verb устать than with the adjective?

that's right. we never say я усталый/уставший, only я устал.
but он выглядит уставшим (he looks tired)

получАла (in the past) or получАЮ (in present), because всегда points out that the action is habitual.

Я завидую моему другУ.

По субботам моя подруга часто бывает усталой.

Я всегда получила хорошие отметки по курсу французского языка.
Нужно ПОЛУЧАЛА - несовершенный вид глагола (In this case ПОЛУЧАЛА is needed because of using ВСЕГДА. This word always indicates, that the action may continue, so no verb in the complete form can be used.

Моя подруга часто очень усталая по субботам.
между ЧАСТО и ОЧЕНЬ лучше вставить слово БЫВАЕТ, но это только для красоты фразы. Все остальное ок!
It is better to write the word БЫВАЕТ between ЧАСТО and ОЧЕНЬ, but just for the better sound of the sentence, anyway all is ok.

It's more natural and simpler to say just: по французскому языку. And even языку can be omitted.
