 This time i found the text, but in all the verisons of the text they skip a sentence! My guess is with latin letters in skobki.

If somebody could write those three sentences (in Russian) with correct words and correct punctuation, I would be soooo greatful.

In this line he refers to period of privatization in Russia in the 1992-94.
Ваучер is voucher, МММ is joint-stock company in 1992-94 years. It was a financial pyramid, and about 15 million of people suffered from its deception.
