Великобритании is Великобритания in genitive case, Великобритания is Great Britain.
Бриан looks like a foreign (for Russian) personal name\surname.

Instumental case - Великобританией
Locative case - Великобритании

And yes, it maybe either Genetive, Dative or Locative, cause f. nouns of 2-nd declension in russian have the same ending.

That's exactly my point.

BTW what kind of a textbook gives you the 7th case as locative? It's prepositional. Locative in Russian has a much narrower use and has a different ending: снег - в снегу, край - на краю (and many nouns have already lost their locative form: instead of 18th century's "в дому" we now say "в доме," etc.)
