Museum Name

Hey everyone,  I am writing a report and I wanted to know the official name of the Siege of Leningrad Museum in Petersburg.  It's the one that is under ground and the statues are above ground.  I think the official Russian name is  Государственный мемориальный музей обороны и блокады Ленинграда.  Is this correct?

It's definitely not it. The one dezelina refers to is the part of The monument to heroic defenders of Leningrad (Монумент героическим защитникам Ленинграда) and is situated at The Victory Square.
