Вы мне солгали = you (polite or plural) lied to me (once)

Ты мне лгал = you (male, singular) lied to me (several times or for a long time)
Ты мне лгала = you (female, singular) lied to me (several times or for a long time)
Вы мне лгали = you (polite or plural) lied to me (several times or for a long time)

You can also use the verb врать or обманывать/обмануть instead of лгать.
