I don't mind whether it's in Russian or English, either one will do.

A basic principle of russian punctuation i found in wiki, but there not all rules.

I know all of them, but sometimes realy foget about them and make mistakes, muahaha.
Ye, i would agree, it one of the most difficult part of grammar.

Ex: Я, будучи ни трезвым, ни пьяным, заявляю, что, производя консервные банки, получил, обработал и излечил все травмы, что были мною получены.

And this is a slightest example))

Well, that's really easy example -- all the rules used there are pretty straightforwared and there weren't any exceptions. ^_^

Well I don't really want to know ALL the rules, just the most common ones. Like I know a comma usually goes before что, but is this in all cases?

for example, it is not always like that with "потому что" - more often the comma goes before "потому".

Hey, that's the most complex and difficult part in the whole Russian grammar! I really don't believe that you could learn it by the book -- the good grasp of it REQUIRES thorough drill by well-qualified teacher.
