It depends on context

1. Я переехал (куда) в другой город.
2. Трамвай переехал (кого) человека.

Я переехал жить (к кому?) к подруге.

When it means 'moved (to another place)' then 'куда', but when it means 'overrode (somebody/something)' use 'кого/что'.

#we don't speak, we just communicate. after 0.5 liters of vodka per person language is no longer important - understanding became by itself.

я нинаю, но я тут какраз с баша ) особо бессмысленные коменты вроде не постил, да и не собираюсь - скучно енто, а вот голубая мечта - научить заморскую обезьянку по нашенский шпрехать у меня давнооо ) так что, наверное, останусь тут, пока не забанят за черезмерный флуд и оффтоп ))

З.Ы. что до тучи уродов, то позволю себе великодушно усомниться - в цитате нет директ линка, а значиццо совсем тупые и\или с ЖЖ не знакомые просто отсеиваются по причине не способности сюды попасть ))
З.З.Ы. фразу "Имейте совесть!" можно понимать двояко... кто-то ее имеет, а кто-то... натуральненько так, поимел ее хорошенько, когда на баш ссылку (всетаки вы правы - даже непрямой линк увеличиваает число уродов, правда постящих не "ыыы" и "ууу", а флудерастящих на всю катушку) на сию комьюнити выложил

That's right. A "nice" example of xenophobia and/or racism, as an average foreigner would take it.
I hope, though, that neverb meant "someone who can't speak". You know, a kind of parallel with the
Russian name for Germans. In Russian they are called "немцы". The word "немец" is derived from the word "немой" (a mute). When Peter I brought Germans to Russia, average Russian people considered them mute as Germans could not speak a human language as those uneducated Russians thought. Here comes in another parallel - the Americans, who call strictly American championships "world championships". :)
