You want definitions in Russian or English? If in English, it's the wrong place to ask. If in Russian... do you seriously believe that many native speakers of Russian can define for you most of these terms without - right - looking them up in a dictionary? (Especially because some of them are so American that there is no direct translation in Russian.)

I'm assuming you mean translations into Russian. Here's a few:

fuel - топливо
heating - отопление
condition - состояние

The others I really have no idea about, too complicated. Someone else can take over...

Most your answers are wrong, do you do that on purpose?

porch - крыльцо or веранда

patio - could say внутренний дворик but no direct equivalent

driveway - No special word. - I agree here but it is NOT дорога, and подъезд has an altogether different meaning. The closest is дорожка, ведущая к дому, though I agree it is not very well fitting

appliance - no generic word in Russian, you can say крупные бытовые приборы or name each separately, e.g. стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, холодильник

garbage disposal - мусоросборник

trash compactor - no such thing in Russian everyday life

clothes dryer - сушильная машина, сушилка для белья

sewer - канализация

finished electrical wiring - проводка

fuse - пробка

the fuses blew - пробки перегорели

water leaks from broken pipes - Протечка (труб, водопровода)

fuel - Топливо

radiator - батарея

furnace - Печь

heat pump - Отопительная станция

fireplace - Камин

smoke detector - Датчик дыма, индикатор дыма

heating - Отопление

fire sprinkler - No special word. Fire sprinkler system - система пожаротушения.

carbon monoxide detector - Датчик угарного газа, индикатор угарного газа

running water - Водопровод.

toilet (the actual thing) - унитаз

sewage system - Канализация

peeling paint - краска облупилась

condition (of a room...etc.) - Состояние.

golf course - Поле для гольфа.

walking trails - пешеходные тропы, маршруты для пешеходного туризма

shuttle bus - маршрутка OR челнок, depends on context

day care center - детский сад (if for children, no direct equivalent for adults)

monetary interest - not clear, maybe материальная заинтересованность

to vandalize - use descriptive, e.g. хулиганы поломали... испортили...

race (caucasian...etc.) - раса

hispanic - Латиноамериканский

self-emplyment - работающий на себя

investments - Инвестиции, инвестирование.

maIntЕnance - if about an apartment, you have to use descriptive words, e.g. мелкий ремонт

In my apartment they are two different things (fire alarm and smoke detector respectively). But I am afraid that an average apartment in Russia will have neither, therefore neither term is very widely used.

Yeah, you are pretty right - in AVERAGE russian apartment there neither fire alarm nor smoke detector. I would say more: as average russian I see no diference between it :)

smoke detector - детектор дыма (a device that automatically detects the presence of smoke, and (I guess) is connected with a fire alarm system which reacts to the presence of smoke respectively) Anyway, the tech term is детектор дыма. The place where I live, there are detectors, but they're not connected with anything and are there just for the sake of keeping up appearances.

In my building a fire alarm is centralized. A smoke detector in an apartment can go off e.g. when something is burning on a stove, but it has a sound of its own and does not trigger the building's fire alarm (maybe it will if you leave it yelling for a while, but I never tried it); it is also local for the apartment; normally it is enough to open a window and wave a towel under the smoke detector to shut it up. On the other hand, if a fire alarm starts, it is heard in the entire building, the firemen will arrive and the alarm never stops until they make sure everything is OK.
