diminutives

i've heard various diminutives of common phrases like:

приветик(и)!

спасибки

нетушки...

etc.

how informal/neutral/inoffensive are these? do you use them a lot? would it be suitable to use one in conversation with someone who is a good acquaintance but not necessarily a close friend?

Such forms a mostly used by teenage and 'just after teenage' girls.
It does not mean men do not use it, but if I hear приветик/нетушки from a man - I would think he is in very playful (as in ready to laugh) mood right now.

It means some kind of total refuse with a bit of mockery.

They both mean something like "No way!" and are only used when you're refusing to do something for someone. Example:

- Займи мне пятьсот рублей до понедельника.
- Фигушки!

"Would you lend me 500 rubles until next Monday?"
"No way!"

By the way, these are derived from "Фиг!" and "Хрен!", two interjections that mean the same thing as above but are more rude (especially "Хрен!", which is an allusion to a penis).

Sorry, it's offtopic but.. I think you can't say "займи мне", only "одолжи мне" or "займи у меня". It's just not Russian.

To follow up: I looked it up and came up with this (http://www.gramota.ru/forum/read.php?f=27&i=9172&t=9172). So I suppose "займи мне пятьсот рублей" is wrong in a literary context but fine in colloquial speech. This makes me feel better because I started wondering if I just completely made it up and never even noticed.

Займи мне пятьсот рублей can only mean 'borrow 500 roubles for me from someone else who won't give them to me personally'.
