How would you translate this phrase (the end in particular)?

Видно целую систему тонких голубоватых линий - хоть анатомю изучай.

If someone would like to explain the interaction of the cases in this phrase as well I'd be very grateful.

видно (что? - accusative) целую систему (чего? genitive) голубоватых линий

The end means that the line system is a perfect ¨textbook¨ for anatomy...
This construction is very widely used, for example, we´ve got the following idiomatic expression: Хоть стой, хоть падай

I can´t come up with a good translation, sorry;( I hope someone will provide it for you;)

The whole system of light blue lines is seen, so that you could even learn anatomy

The end of sentence should read 'хоть анатомИю изучай.' I don't want to be nitpicking, but if original text has a typo like this, it can complicate case comprehension.

would it also be correct to say...

целая система тонких голубоватыих линий видна - хоть анатомю изучай

... or am completely out of it?

move видна to the first position, and the sentence is correct.

If you say видно, it won't be wrong
