confusing tenses

how would one translate the following

"we will need to have finished it by the time she arrives".

the specifics of the sentence (genders etc.) are not important - i just need to know how one deals with the interplay of tenses in such a phrase.

прибывать is used for trains and planes more often than for people, but it's not a mistake to use it fot people too; it's just a bit too official, i think
