Otherwise, the name at the end may look as a signature of the writer, if there's no comma or period before the name. Compare: Удачи завтра, Ася. Удачи завтра. Ася. And honestly, I'm not sure if the comma removes the ambiguity (the period does, though). Need to check with some grammar reference.
