I'm doing a project on post-Soviet Russian artists. I've come up with a list of a few that I want to look into; anyone here have a favorite that you think would be worthwhile for me to mention and/or any particularly useful websites?

I don't think that either Komar and Melamid or Neizvestny are "post-Soviet". The larger chunk of their artistic career took place before 1991, didn't it? You'd do much better calling them "underground" or "alternative" than "post-Soviet".
