it's obviously a test page, it doesnt' at all look completed...
they shouldn't have made it public though, otherwise like the old proverb goes - "to a fool you don't show half-a-job"

However, it is a good example of how you DON'T treat site localization :) Their boss might be not familiar with Russian, though. "Is it ready guys?" -- "Yessir." -- "Show me." -- "There you go, sir." -- "Ahha.. Cyrillics... Funny language, this Russian is, iddn't it? Keep up the good work guys, I ain't gonna fine you for a three-days delay this time..." ... Happy End.

I don't know about "half-a-job", you can actually order game tickets and book hotel on this site. Fortunately all pop-up windows are in English.
