a) Кто куда узнаем что пошёл? Who will we find out went where?
b) Кто узнаем что пошёл куда?

c)Кто ты видел когда что уехал?

d) Что хочешь чтобы тебе кто купил?

I know these sentences in English are complicated and, out of context, seem awkward, but they ARE correct. So I am looking for which of these ways to ask these complicated multiple-questions are correct in Russian.

In the first set... sorry, all of them are really bad. "Who do you think went where", would translate as "Как думаешь, кто куда пошел?"

For the second one... I doubt that sounds "normal" in English, let alone translating THAT into Russian.

Что ты хочешь, чтобы тебе купили? - What do you want to be bought for you?
Ты хочешь, чтобы кто купил тебе эту вещь? - Who do you want to buy you this thing?

But you have a list of things and a list of friends and you need to match them up. So you have to ask "Who do you want to buy you what?" which is...?

I think that variant is closest to the original English question.
2) Хочешь что-бы кто-нибудь, купил тебе чего-нибудь?
The most polite variant :) But the answer can be just "Нет", meaning "I do not want for anyone to buy me anything at all".
3) Кто из них, что из этого должен купить?
This one assume you have a list of goods and list of potential buyers. And you presenting both lists right now.

I can not squees "want" as "хочешь" into first or third variant. However you put it, it sounds weird.

No, F isn't correct. The most correct variant is whitest_owl's #3. Or you can say "Какую из вещей кто должен тебе купить?" or "Кто и какую покупку должен для тебя сделать?". In this case "купить" и "сделать покупку" are the same.

что is unnecesarry in the first block. Кто куда думаешь пошел, кто думаешь пошел куда, куда думаешь кто пошел can be used but seem a little bit strange.

In the second block all can be used.

all versions for the first three questions sound "really bad" (non-Russian)
the right ways are:
1- Как ты думаешь, кто куда пошел?
2- Мы узнаем, кто куда пошел?
3- Ты видел, кто (и) когда ушел(уехал)?
for the forth - f is good.

This would be "Did you see who left when?"
I want: "Who did you see leave when?"

If you need to make the accent on "who" you can ask: "Кого ты видел уходящим(и) и когда?" or "Кого и когда ты видел уходящим(и)?" (using either plural or singular). But it will have a "taste" of continuity and will be understandable but a bit strange, so really better way is to use the intonation asking "Ты видел, КТО и когда ушел?"

Actually, all sentences in Russian you gave are incorrect.

a)Кто куда думаешь что пошёл? Who do you think went where?
b)Кто думаешь что пошёл куда?
с) Куда думаешь что кто пошёл?

куда, ты думаешь, они пошли? Кто куда, ты думаешь, пошел? Как ты думаешь – куда кто пошел?

с) Куда узнаем что кто пошёл?

I cannot understand the sense of the English sentence.

1st set - Как думаешь (-ете), кто куда пошел?

3d set - Кто когда ушел из увиденных?
4th set - Кому чего тебе купить?

Sounds terrible both in English and in Russian. There is a nice flexible Russian answer on such questions. This word consists of 3 letters. Don't be surprised if you'll ever hear it as a reply :)

PS. Also all of them (especially 3d) can be treated as custodial questioning. Are you spy? :)
