I need to tell a friend (in Russian) that "I would love to share my apartment with him, but only if we can find a two-room apartment. I'm the kind of person who needs his own space in order to function. If I don't have my own space, I get very frustrated and annoyed with everyone. I enjoy having parties at my house, but only when I know I can have time to myself later. I would love to live with him, but only if I can have my own bedroom. Does that make sense?"
