I've missed a week in my russian class and they've been reading a text of which I've missed the translation.
Now I've got some questions:

  • What does надоевшее mean?
  • The abbreviation ИТР is supposed to mean Инженерно технические работники.
    Is that a job title?
  • What is a телевик, is that some abbreviation?

Maybe I'll have some more questions later when I read more of that text.

надоевшее - something which was seen/met/experienced so many times that it now causes negative emotions. (Is there such word in English. There must be one, but nothing comes into my mind).
ИТР - description of a social group. телевик - there is no such word, you must have spellt it wrong. Maybe теневик - participant of black market (from тень - shadow).

надоевшее is a participle of надоесть and means something boring, something I got tired of already. E.g. Я включил телевизор, но там шел давно надоевший мне сериал. I turned on the TV but there was only an old sitcom that I have already got tired of.

Инженерно-технические работники is not exactly a job title but a collective term for engineers and people of similar professions, as opposed to, say, teachers, doctors and HR people.

телевик is probably a colloquial form of телеобъектив.

P.S. next time, try multitran.ru - it has all the words you asked about.

надоевшее - means something old, boring, something that annoys you

ИТР (Инженерно технические работники) - white-short personnel, engineers, etc.

телевик - long focus (zoom) lens

No, ИТР is not a job title. I wonder what makes people make misleading answers.

Инженерно технические работники is a class of jobs. All engineers.
Надоевшее - something you got tired of or sick of.
Телевик is a telescopic lens. Colloquial for telephotolens.

"телевик" was also a kind of vacuum tubes in very old TV-cameras.

Wow, I did not know that, even I'm an electrical engineer in field related to TV.
I'm not that old. :))

Now I don't know what does it exactly mean, too. °-)

But I'm sure, that there were such devices in the old television.
As I've started to study in 1982, one friend of us got a nickname "телевик" because of his interest to TV. But already in 1982 the term "телевик" was too old...

Actually, I finished colledge (МАИ) in 1983. :))

You can suggest that "телевик" could be guy's nickname.
