Sep. 22nd, 2006 06:31 pmI've missed a week in my russian class and they've been reading a text of which I've missed the translation.
Now I've got some questions:
Maybe I'll have some more questions later when I read more of that text.
Now I've got some questions:
- What does надоевшее mean?
- The abbreviation ИТР is supposed to mean Инженерно технические работники.
Is that a job title? - What is a телевик, is that some abbreviation?
Maybe I'll have some more questions later when I read more of that text.

Date: 2006-09-22 04:49 pm (UTC)Инженерно-технические работники is not exactly a job title but a collective term for engineers and people of similar professions, as opposed to, say, teachers, doctors and HR people.
телевик is probably a colloquial form of телеобъектив.
P.S. next time, try multitran.ru - it has all the words you asked about.

Date: 2006-09-25 12:59 pm (UTC)But I'm sure, that there were such devices in the old television.
As I've started to study in 1982, one friend of us got a nickname "телевик" because of his interest to TV. But already in 1982 the term "телевик" was too old...
