Hi, my name is Jen. I've been lurking on this community for quite a while, and have finally decided to post.

I've taken my 4 years of Russian, and now do not want to fall out of practice of reading and communicating. I was wondering if there were any people who I could friend on here whose journals are predominently in Russian. I don't do journal entries in Russian, but it would be nice to have a couple of friends that wrote their journals in Russian to keep up with the language, and to learn more colloquial usages.

It's quite presuming to say that my Russian is perfect and good for learners, I use a lot of slang and wordplay. But, anyway, Russian is my native and I'm glad to add you :) Feel free to ask anything you're interesting in!

Well, I write my journal in russian too. It is probably not very interesting, because I write mostly very short, really one or two words where I play with sounds and something like this.

But - if you'd like - I would recommend you my another blog (http://humanio.net) where I place from time to time poems or stories from me or my (both virtual and real) friends. Also there are links to articles about culture and politic.
All is written using perfect russian and you are welcome!
