I want to let all of you beginning Russian learners know about a great find I made. I discovered a computer program at a used book store, Learn Russian Now! Version 8. It's a LanguageNow! product. I can't speak into the program because the mic input on my computer is broken somewhere, but all of the other aspects of the program I've tried are all very useful and fun. There are even games like sentence unscrambles. The program is about a decade old, but it seems to hold up well. It's not designed particularly beautifully, but it's definitely functional and informative!

I have that same one, but quit using it out of frustration with the microphone. It really didn't matter what I said into it - I could even just run my finger over the top of it - and it would compare the sound to the voice. Sometimes the finger trick scored better than me actually trying to copy the pronunciations!
