Как вы бы перевели "Women - they're a dime a dozen!"?

Женщин очень много. I'm scared of idioms.

Although I believe that there is an expression like рубль ведро, which means essentially the same thing.

And there is one more famous russian expression when you want to mean something that is a lot of - "Три штуки на десять рублей"

Already mentioned "по рублю за ведро" and "пятачок за пучок" are much more popular and better correspond to English one. Actually, I've never heard the one you mentioned here, but hearth that two many times.

Женщин вокруг - сколько угодно!
Женщинам счёту нет.
Женщин как собак нерезаных. (vulg.)
От женщин отбою нет. (spec.context)
Женщин вокруг - видимо-невидимо!
Женщин хоть отбавляй.
Полным-полно женщин.
[Таких] женщин - на копейку пара, на пятачок - пучок.

And there's also a proverb which goes like "свояков не огребёшься, сватьёв не оберёшься, а женского кумовства до Киева не перевешаешь" ;)

Not quite.... A dime a dozen doesn't just mean there are lots of them, but it also has the connotation of common... Nothing special. In no way interesting or exceptional.

As in... Why are you so in love with Jane? Women like her are a dime a dozen?

Yes, indeed. The first one is even more widely used in the form of "рупь ведро" (рупь is a colloquial short form of рубль).
