Then "Я люблю теб, Овечкин" and even better would be "Саша, я тебя люблю!" (Sasha is short for his name, you don't generally use a second name in such a case, and the word order is more Russian).

"Вас" must be capitalized, when you address to a single person.
And don`t forget about the comma.
It is also possible
"Я люлблю тебя, Овечкин."
And it is better to end the sentence with the exclamation sign.

To clarify:

«Я любовь ты» isn't correct because «любовь» is the noun “love” (i.e. “Love is beautiful” would be «любовь красива») and because «ты» is the subject form. It'd be akin to saying, “I affection¹ she” instead of “I love her”.

¹ I only chose the word “affection” because “love” is both a noun and a verb in English.
