I'm trying to describe a situation involving love and such to a Russian friend of mine, but I cannot find the right verb for "going out", as in "All of my friends want to go out with one another". In other words, they all want to date each other. The verbs for 'dating' and 'going out' would be much appreciated, and they would make explaining my situation much easier.

in more general terms 'go out' could be translated as 'гулять'.

dating is indeed 'всречаться', but don't be mislead. 'a date' is NOT 'встреча' but rather 'свидание'

Before sex - yes.
Dating involving sex would be more than simply "встречаются".
There is no specific verb for it.
Somewhat archaically, it would be "они любовники". More modern, "Он ее бойфренд" ("Он ее молодой человек"), "Она его гёлфренд" ("Она его девушка").

I would say that in not-THAT-close chat you would say "Они встречаются" anyway.

...and mostly in relation to teens - could be, I'm fine with that.

Well, if all under-40s are teens..

How do you know about all under-40s being barely not a teen yourself? :)

I hardly can visualize, say, a 35-year-old Moscow businessman who "встречается" with his girlfriend. When I can, it's a funny picture :)

yeah, встречаться menas not only meet each other, but also date
and the exact one for "go out" is гулять ;)

"Гулять", in this meaning, may sound a bit too colloquial and refer mostly to teenagers.
"Встречаться" seems to be more neutral and may refer to any age.
