Sorry if this has been covered before... I understand how to say "to be [some age]," but how would you say "to turn [some age]?" Like, for example, "I'm thirteen, but I turn fourteen in December."

Also you may say 'мне стукнет', but it's figurative :)

The above versions are correct, but you may also say in a less formal way:
В декабре мне будет четырнадцать.

Or, more idiomatic (and colloquial) form:
В декабре мне стукнет четырнадцать.
(Don't use this one, though: it's too idiomatic for a foreigner.)

"стукнет 60" is fine, "стукнет 14" sounds quite odd, doesn't it? :))
