Hello again.

How would you say, "I apologize for the content of this letter"? Would извените plus something else work?

Also, how would you say, "Do you always complain?!" or "Do you do anything other than complain?!" My dictionary doesn't have any definitions which fit with this use of "do." Maybe it's just an extra word in Engish to express frustration.

Formal: "Прошу прощения за содержание данного письма" or "Приношу извенения за содержание данного письма"

"Do you always complain?!" - "Ты всегда жалуешься?!"
"Do you do anything other than complain?!" - "Ты ничем другим кроме жалоб заняться не можешь?!"

As was stated above - correct version of "Приношу извенения за содержание данного письма" will be "Приношу извинения за содержание данного письма"

1)Прошу прощения (Извините) за содержание этого письма. Please note that even Russians write the word извините with е (извените). This is a rude mistake, try to avoid it.

2) Ты только и делаешь, что жалуешься! - In Russian it looks like exclamation. This sentence is rather emphatic, so I think you will meet many variants of expressing the things you wanted us to translate)

I think it would've been better if you hadn't written about this mistake - it could serve a bad service.
(I intially didn't mess up the french words après(after) and and avant(before) but started to [and still do it at times] after I was told they are easily messed up :S)

Yes, I know about "Never-repeat-mistake" rule (it was taught at my university), but sometimes I simply don't believe it))
In this case the reason is that I easily get irritated when I see mistakes like that) That's why I was trying to warn tikvi and advise to pay more attention to common mistakes. 'Common mistakes' are usually comprised to a big chapter in any grammar book :-)
But of course you are right, too
