A quick question...

Привет.

I have been looking into many many ways to write 'I love you' in different languages, and have found 2 variations of how to write it in Russian.

I have been told its : я тебя люблю , but have also found : Я люблю тебя. Which way round is it?! Could anyone help,please?

Either way. Russian, unlike English, does not have a rigid word order.

It's just the case of our so-called free word order when you can't at once say which fits better. It seems you emphasize "люблю" in this frase in both cases, so it hardly matters :) But when the one you are speaking to isn't like to think you love him, the first frase is more frequent

The first one is more common and natural, the second one is more expressive and intimate.
In common situation I would recommend the first one.

All of the followimg are correct:
Я люблю тебя
Я тебя любло
Тебя я люблю
Тебя люблю я
Люблю тебя я
Люблю я тебя.

You can stress on one of the three words to emphasize what is the most inmportant
"I" or "you" or "love".
Therefore if you need to emphasize the feeling you have to stress on люблю in every option.
It is rather simple))
