Em, I'm starting Russian and Swedish classes, and want to type (mostly cyrillic) easier. But I've only learned to use U.S. and German keyboards well (U.S. International = God!!!) and don't know how to configure a UK keyboard at all! In WinXP, I have the choice of "United Kingdom" or "United Kingdom: Extended". Both let me use acute accents with [AltGr], but when I try to install Russian, German, Spanish, Swedish, etc. it just keeps going back to English with the accents and other nonsense in [AltGr].

I'm a bit nervous: I really don't want to learn to type ALL the cyrillic letters by numerics!!!

It's easy, but leaves you with a lot of writing problems. Not good for learning imho.
