You need translation or what?
Spelling is "каталог унифицированных строительных изделий" and the translation would be "common building products catalogue"

In English it's probably:
"Catalog of Modular Building Components"
or
"Catalog of Structural Building Components"

i suggest "list" or at least "catalogue".

We strongly reject perverted French-like spell "catalogue" for straight-forward American word "catalog"! Same about "analogue", etc.
:))

Actually both spells are correct, bu LJ's spell check highlights catalogue as wrong. :P)

that's an americanism. lj is american site, so it's only natural.

French style is not perverted. The influence of French on English cannot be measured, it's one of the bases for English language.
