I bet you could find someone at any of the nearby colleges and universities... There's got to be some Russian students there that would love to help you out. Another option would be to advertise on craigslist (for free). Good luck!

I don't know where you are with your Russian studies, but once you feel comfortable writing simple sentences, you could start a Russian language journal and start getting help on the grammar. I have learned a lot this way on LJ.
