I saw someone post earlier about the word «здорово» meaning something equivalent to “cool” in Russian … are there any other good words with the same meaning? :)

"клёво", which is thought to be derived from English "clever"
"круто" has pretty much the same meaning - except that "крутой" also means "tough" (when you're talking about a person)

also, you have to pay attention to the emphases in the word "здорово"
while "здОрово" means "cool", "great", "здорОво" means "what's up" or "hello"

Actually, it's not. It is much older than English-derived slang of the sixties, comes from the lingo of офени - Russian travelling salesmen of old - and is related to клевать (to bite, as in fishing: "клёвое место" - место, где хорошо клюёт рыба, a place where there is a good fishing, i.e. trade, the fish bite well, i.e. the people buy the goods well)

But it means that you're shocked/surprised and can also be used in negative situations.

For example:
Я сдал экзамен на 5! - Офигеть! (I got A for exam! - Great!) if the teacher is very strict and it's almost impossible to get a good mark.
But it can be as well
У меня собака убежала! - Офигеть! (I've lost my dog! - |Sorry/I can't believe|)

And of course a lot of obscene synonyms like охуеть, охереть, охренеть, опупеть etc.
