learn_russianHow exactly do hyphenated noun-noun combinations translate? From what I've seen, I think that this is what happens: nounA-nounB = adjectiveB nounA, but I'm not sure. Of course, I've only seen this in songs, so here are a couple of examples: Люди-инвалиды, девочка-скандал.
