How would you say, "You're driving me crazy/nuts!" And is there a good Russian equivalent for "Whatever"? It has a broad meaning, but I tend to use that word to change topics/move on. Thanks!

That's "anyway". Or, more exactly, "anyways".

To move on you can say something like "Ладно-ладно, что ещё?"

Depends on context.

"Whatever"? It has a broad meaning, but I tend to use that word to change topics/move on.

In this context - Ладно.

1) Ты сводишь меня с ума - mainly in situations where I am going crazy because of love towards someone
Я схожу из-за тебя с ума - eg. The mother has been waiting her son from the school for a long time and is very nervous because of that.

2) A good word came to my mind: "Короче". "В общем" can be used in some situations too.

- Давай погуляем?
- Да чего-то не хочется
- Смотри, какая погода хорошая!
- Мне еще много дел надо сделать...
- Короче, ты идешь в кино или нет?

- Let's go for a walk
- Well, I don't feel like that
- Look, such a beautiful weather outside
- I have a lot of things to do, you know
- Whatever, are you going to the cinema or not?

You're driving me crazy/nuts! - Ты меня с ума сводишь or Я от тебя с ума схожу

A more slang alternative to "You're driving me crazy" is "Ты менЯ достАл!" or just "Ты достАл!".

- Are you avoiding B?
- Yes, he's driving me crazy.

- Ты избегАешь Б?
- Да, он менЯ достАл.

For "absolutely crazy" use "прОсто достАл".

Not to deprecate the already suggested ones, just another: «С тобой свихнуться можно!»

And "whatever"... I sometimes use the slangish "проехали" but that's rather edgy.

There is no equivalent for "whatever" in Russian, but I'd suggest "ну, неважно" or slangish "забей".
