How would you say, "You're driving me crazy/nuts!" And is there a good Russian equivalent for "Whatever"? It has a broad meaning, but I tend to use that word to change topics/move on. Thanks!
1) Ты сводишь меня с ума - mainly in situations where I am going crazy because of love towards someone Я схожу из-за тебя с ума - eg. The mother has been waiting her son from the school for a long time and is very nervous because of that.
2) A good word came to my mind: "Короче". "В общем" can be used in some situations too.
- Давай погуляем? - Да чего-то не хочется - Смотри, какая погода хорошая! - Мне еще много дел надо сделать... - Короче, ты идешь в кино или нет?
- Let's go for a walk - Well, I don't feel like that - Look, such a beautiful weather outside - I have a lot of things to do, you know - Whatever, are you going to the cinema or not?
