community about russian literature

i dont know if this community approve that i ask their members about to start an other community.

i am very interested in russian CONTEMPORARY literature, art, popular and art music, cinema etc etc etc. but i need some others to communicate with, and i prefer in english. so, is there any interest here in this community?

the thing is: i have since several years have had a great interest in russian literature. my favourites is pelevin, sorokin, tolsaya and others among them. i am also interested in contemporary art like blue nose group and like that. and music? i am rather braod, so to speak, from gaubadulina to ddt. my idea was to start a community that focusing on things like that? any interest?

AuktYon, The Farlanders, Volkovtrio, Vermicelli Orchestra, Neschastny Sluchay, Ensemble 4'33"; you should also check out the Opus Posth string ensemble, they play European Medieval and contemporary music of all sorts... if I'm not mistaken

good Russian contemporary writers: Tolstaya, the early Pelevin. You really should really stick to classics, speaking of literature ;-)
