May. 26th, 2005 04:17 amI'm trying to translate a colloquial phrase, and perhaps one of you can help me here.
"The truth, no matter what."
That's essentially what I'm trying to get here. So, I've tried a few phrasings and decided that the closest thing that I can produce is: "правда, независимо от всего". However, I imagine that it sounds odd to the Russian ear (as most of the things I try to say). Is there a Russian equivalent to this phrase, or a better way to word what I have now?
