The last one, "шейный платок", especially if it's red, looks like "пионерский галстук" - a tie which Russian boy/girl-scouts (пионеры) use to ware.

The word "cravat" souns in Russian close to "кровать" - bed.

Шейный платок is more narrow meaning. It's right, but "галстук" is well too. "Галстук" means any piece of cloth tied on the neck (but scarf - "шарф")

The ukrainian language has "краватка"(cravatka). It translate on russian "галстук".
