Direct translation is:

Мерзнет моя душа = My soul freezes/feels cold. Дикий холод = wild cold (not in the sense of illness). Я сгорела до самого тла requires some explanation. Сгореть дотла (with no space after до) = burn completely, "тла" is not really a word, so Я сгорела до самого тла = I utterly burned.

Тло is an archaic Russian word meaning foundation.
