I had a hard time finding the subject. Where is it? Usually I can find something in the nominative case and then I'm ok, but this sentance threw me for a loop
Is мероприятия genitive singular or nominative plural? What the Hell is the author trying to say?
This is the best I've got so far:
By our assessment, the means assigned for the following year will allow [them] to carry out all that was forseen by the government arms program from 2001-2010 of the arrangement of outfitting the army and navy with modern arms and military technology.
Am I at all close?
