I have a quick question about transliteration. I did a quick google but came up empty handed, and I didn't want to freestyle on the spelling. I'm trying to figure out how one would use cyrillic to spell the name of the last Roman emperor, Constantine XI Dragaš Palaeologus. Quick notes; Dragaš is a serbian name, if that helps to find the correct letter to swap with the š, and an alternate spelling to Palaeologus is Paliologos. Thanks for the help in advance!

Maybe this š is "ш" in russian? Dragaš = Драгаш?

I would say: Koнстантин 9-й Драгаш Палеолог. But I'm not sure it might be traditional transcription.

Right. Yandex says - Константин XI Палеолог Драгаш.
