[identity profile] talkingdonkey.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] learn_russian
I've checked the memories and I've done a search on google, and I still have not been able to find an answer to this question. Hopefully, someone in this community can help me. My problem is that I have a Macintosh computer and I have several Cyrillic fonts available (and they work since I can read posts written in the Cyrillic alphabet), but I can't type with them. I set Appleworks to use one of the fonts, but no matter what key I push I can't get anything but the Roman alphabet to come up. Does anyone know how I can configure my Mac so I can write using any of my Cyrillic fonts? Thanks.

If you have OS X, I think you can go to System Preferences, International, Input Menu and add Russian, and turn on "Show input menu in menu bar", then you'll be able to click the flag to choose which you want.
