There is an very old-fashioned familiar variant of Russian name Елизавета -- Лизанька.

Лиз(а)нька is an archaic version of Лиз(о)нька
so if you want to write this name down it's more correct
to use "о" -- Лиз(о)нька
but I guess it would be interesting for you to know that
"Лиз(о)нька" should be still pronounced like "Лиз(а)нька"

It's correct. But it's archaic. You sure can see word Лизанька in every book of Turgenev or Dostoevski.

And I like ЛизОнька more. The both variants are correct, but as for me Лизонька has more rich sound.

Лизинка sounds fun in russian. There is russian word "лизать" (lizAt`) = "to lick". And "слезинка" (slizInka) = "small teardrop".
