I know this is not a language question, but perhaps someone can help me. I have the name and address of someone in Kazan and I need to find their number. The international operator here gave me an incorrect number. Do you know of any websites that I can use to find the home phone number, or do you know of a number in Kazan that I could call through skype tospeak to an operator?
